Registration is required before Monday, March 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
Payment is due no later than start of event.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Quarterly Meetings/Trainings: A written request for refund must be received no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the meeting/training, unless otherwise stated by LaNIGP. Email request to info@lanigp.org or mail to: LaNIGP, Attn: Treasurer, P. O. Box 4445, Baton Rouge, LA 70821.

Approved refund of a payment made by credit card will be made minus credit card processing fee.

Registrants are responsible for invoice in payment pending status even if they do not attend the event. Conference Registrants are not considered registered until payment is received.
