500-Internal server error instructions

Members are receiving this error message when trying to print an invoice.

DOC had the same issue when LANIGP began using this website vendor. It was an issue on the agency end and a fix that the DOC Technology Department had to correct. If you are receiving this message please have your technology department resolve the issue for you.

The error shows due to the Adobe extension that is added to the browser. The extension will need to be disabled in the settings of the browser and the member will then be able to view and print the invoice.
