NOTE: Items containing a vendor’s logo (i.e., name badges, lagniappe bags, shirts, etc.) are considered of no significant value. These types of items can be donated to the Chapter and accepted by members in accordance with the Ethics Opinion.  Individual agency guidelines shall be followed by  conference delegates. ** Any item of economic value can NOT be given away at the Exhibitor booth but can be donated to the Silent Auction

CANCELLATION CLAUSE

A vendor who elects to cancel their registration, for any reason, on or before 90 days prior to the first day of the LANIGP Educational Conference and Products Expo will receive a full refund of the amount charged minus processing fees; within 90 days of the first day of the Conference/Products Expo the vendor will receive a 50% refund minus the processing fees; within 45 days of the first day of the Conference/Products Expo, the vendor will not be applicable to receive a refund. Requests for refunds must be sent to Kathyhernandez1221@gmail.com
