Quarterly Meetings/Trainings: A written request for refund must be received no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the meeting/training, unless otherwise stated by LaNIGP. Email request to info@lanigp.org or mail to: LaNIGP, Attn: Treasurer, P. O. Box 4445, Baton Rouge, LA 70821.
Approved refund of a payment made by credit card will be made minus credit card processing fee.
Registrants are responsible for invoice in payment pending status even if they do not attend the event. Conference Registrants are not considered registered until payment is received.

Objectives:
- Identify the importance of knowing the procurement statutes and rules and regulations.
- The importance of having a well prepared specification.
- Identify the most commonly used specs.
- Present you with with basic writing skills and characteristics of a good spec.
- Practice writing a good specification.
